Hollywood Park District

Hollywood Park District

This 300-acre former site of the Hollywood Park Racetrack is becoming a mixed-use community with housing, parks, trails, and green infrastructure. At the heart of the development will be the much-anticipated SoFi stadium and Hollywood Park Performance Venue. Retail shops and restaurants will serve new residents and the surrounding neighborhoods along a pedestrian-scaled connection between the stadium and existing commercial corridors on Prairie Avenue and Century Boulevard. Over 25 acres of parks, including 11-acre Lake Park, will provide opportunities for play, athletics, and community events while capturing and treating urban runoff from the site. This effort continues over a decade of work on the development’s master planning and landscape architecture.
