This 325-unit, mixed-use complex is located in the heart of the Santa Monica Civic Center on Ocean Avenue. Easily accessible to the Expo Metro line, Santa Monica Pier and across the street from Tongva Park, The Village is comprised of affordable apartments, live-work units, luxury condominiums, retail, and restaurants. A sequence of public and private plazas, gardens, and walks including a ‘Living Street’, Family Garden, and children’s play area provide outdoor respite to residents, civic workers, and visitors. The design takes inspiration from the Santa Monica coastal bluff landscape and includes climate appropriate planting. The Village received LEED Silver certification.
