David Gal is a resourceful and technically skilled senior landscape architect who has spent over three decades delivering award-winning built work of various types, scales, and complexities throughout North America, Asia, and the Middle East.  He is resolute to provide creative, visionary, and effective design solutions with professionalism and alacrity which are collaborative, functional, sustainable, and profitable.  Skilled in land planning, urban design, and site construction, he is also effective in project and personnel management.  His primary responsibility is to guide many of the firm’s construction-related activities, including construction drawings and specifications, construction administration, quality assurance and control, code-compliance, mentorship, and risk management.  David is a licensed Landscape Architect with registrations in multiple states.  He earned his Master of Landscape Architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.  David is based in our Los Angeles studio.
