Project Designer

Diana Nightingale

As a designer and horticulturist, Diana is passionate about cultivating plants and fostering ecological relationships. Her enthusiasm for plants and wildlife grows as she shares their wonders with others. Before joining Studio-MLA, she worked as a horticulturist and interpreter, revealing the hidden stories of the plant collections and landscapes she cared for. On warm days, you can find her in a garden, nursery, or on a trail, camera and ID books in hand, identifying diverse flora and fauna. She holds a Master of Landscape Architecture + Urbanism and a Certificate in Heritage Conservation from the University of Southern California, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Plant Sciences with a minor in History from UC Santa Cruz. Diana is based in our Los Angeles studio.
