Jaclyn Tobia

Project Designer

Jaclyn Tobia

Jaclyn’s approach to design centers research through a holistic, analytical lens of ecology, history, and culture. Whether at the regional or human scale, she enjoys developing concepts that apply systems thinking to questions of scale, structure, materiality, and custom details. Jaclyn uses her research into visual representations of landscape as a driver for creating awareness and community change. She translates her background in painting, interior design, and residential historic restoration into a passion for creating impactful and climate appropriate landscape designs. Jaclyn received her Master of Landscape Architecture and Certificate in New Media from the University of California, Berkeley, and Bachelor of Fine Arts from Rhode Island School of Design. She is based in our Los Angeles studio.
