Rodrigo Rodarte

Rodrigo Rodarte is a dynamic force in planning and placemaking strategies for public spaces. With over 13 years of experience working with diverse stakeholders, he excels in building strategic alliances between developers, design teams, non-profits, sports teams, and various government agencies to spark community partnerships, programs, and operations that breathe new life into urban environments. Rodrigo’s work has included managing the planning and activation strategies for parks, stadiums, entertainment venues, mixed-use districts, transit centers and other public realm projects across the country, including the Puente Hills Landfill Park. Prior to joining Studio-MLA, his past projects include Exposition Park Master Plan in Los Angeles, Salesforce Park in San Francisco, and Ivy Station in Culver City. In several cases, he has been brought back on projects after completion to oversee implementation and operations. Rodrigo is based in our Los Angeles studio.
